TimeMorph AI operates timemorphai.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@timemorphai.com.
2. Information we collect
When you join the Time Capsule email list, we collect:
- your email address;
- your first name, if you choose to provide it;
- the date and time you gave consent; and
- limited technical information used to protect the form from abuse.
The site currently does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics cookies. Videos shown on the page are hosted by us; links to YouTube only connect to YouTube after you choose to follow them.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to send TimeMorph AI experiments, studio updates, and occasional related news, and to personalise those emails with your first name when provided. Our lawful basis is consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Email service provider
We use MailerLiteto maintain the list and deliver emails. MailerLite processes subscriber information on our behalf. Depending on the service entity and location, information may be processed internationally using the safeguards described in MailerLite's legal documents.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your subscriber information while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain only what is reasonably needed to honour your opt-out, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent unwanted re-enrolment. You may also ask us to delete your information.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to its use. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting use that was lawful before withdrawal.

7. Security and changes
